From August to October our Egyptian Giza cotton is handpicked. This ensures that the fibres stay well spread and soft. Every worker assembles the picked cotton in a natural fabric bag to ensure greater purity. Near the fields the cotton is collated and the first large impurities are eliminated from the cotton (stalk, leaves, etc.). This is done so we use only the highest quality of cotton. The cotton is then placed in standardised bags and are brought to a Cotton Arbitration and Testing General Organization (“CATGO”) collection centre.
